  The following are frequently asked questions regarding gbsbeauty.com: How do I get back to the home page? At any time, you may return to the home page by clicking the logo on the top of the page, or the photo in the top left corner of the page. How does the search work? Type your keywords into the text box at the top right area of the page and select a search area from the drop down menu. There are four search areas: Articles, Products, Brands, and Categories. If your keyword(s) pertain to an article that you read, select 'Articles', if they pertain to a product, select 'All Products', if you are searhing for all brands that may pertain to the keyword(s), select 'Brand', or simply search by any one of our shopping categories. How do I continue shopping after adding to cart? You may click on View Brands, any of the Shopping Categories, What's Hot or Beauty Bargains or perform a search for products or categories. Can I use my GBS discount card online? If you are a GBS discount card holder, please e-mail us and let us know the name and address you have registered on gbsbeauty.com and the discount you usually receive in our South Florida stores. We will internally adjust your account so that the equivalent discount will automatically apply to your online orders. orders@gbsbeauty.com The GBS discount may not be used in conjunction with any of our coupon pricing specials. If special coupon pricing is available, you will automatically receive the lower of the special price or your discount price, but not both. However, when an item is discounted on the site and listed in Beauty Bargains, your discount will work in conjunction with that special pricing so that you will receive your discount off of the bargain price. |
